Hello, I am a 19 year old male looking for work on a sail boat. I am looking to gain some experience sailing. I have never sailed before but I am driven and learn quickly. I have also spent most of my life around the water in ski/fishing boats. I have grown up on a farm/ranch consequently I am a jack-of-all trades. I have done mechanic work, construction, auto bodiy and many other numerous odd jobs. I am also a decent cook and have already traveled extensively so culture shock would not be an issue.

Hello, My name is Nicholas Boudreau. I am very interested in joining your crew. However, i don't have much sailing experience besides lake sailing on a 22ft boat. I have also served as a deckhand on an intercoastal tugboat, where i stayed aboard for 1month intervals with 10 days off. Mostly i have a burning passion to learn and to sail. Ever since i was a little boy i have had an infatuation with the ocean, as well as a fear and deep respect of it. Growing up in the lowcountry of Charleston SC has fueled my desire to sail, and reading books and tales of blue waters and their cultures has created the imagery for my dreams. Currently i am finishing up my degree in outdoor recreation at Mars HIll College in Asheville, NC. I am doing an internship with the Sumter County Dept. or Rec. and Parks. I will graduate May 10. (Although i would love to walk the stage, i would sacrafice it for the right opportunity) At this point in my life i am looking for something more than the regular city grind of 9-5 and probably always will be. I want to work hard, outdoors, and pursue my passions. I would love to do anything i can to get on deck. I enjoy cooking healthy meals, i am tighty, kind, easy to get along with, humurous, adventurous, keep a good attitude, and i whistle and sing cheery songs throughout the day. I am an adventurous person and after riding my motorbike from Canada to Chile i am wishing to crew on a sailing boat back to Australia. There is no better time than now and sailing has always held an interest for me. I do not get seasick and would love the challenge and the ability to learn how to sail. I am currently in Valparaiso Chile and would fly to Panama if necessary. I am easy to get along with, considerate, happy, reliable, dependable, honest and hard working.
